Set behind an enchanting orchard, The Mill House welcomes guests to this popular area of north Cornwall. Close to the friendly Owners’ home, this semi-detached property, part of a courtyard of converted barns, provides a spacious and private retreat. The original mill wheel on the front of the house (enclosed by a small stone wall but take care with children) is evidence of its history and offers a striking backdrop. Inside are two ground floor bedrooms and a shower-room, whilst upstairs two further bedrooms and a large bathroom lead off the spacious open plan living-room. A wood-burner ensures the house stays cosy on cooler days and guests can enjoy views over the large pretty enclosed garden and patio. After a day on the beach at Polzeath or Daymer Bay, or cycling the Camel Trail from Wadebridge, try one of the many good restaurants in the area, perhaps even taking the ferry from nearby Rock to Padstow.
