Patio doors from the sitting and dining-rooms lead outside, the large well-equipped kitchen has a useful separate utility-room, and there is also a downstairs shower-room. There are four beautifully furnished first floor bedrooms, and up the steep stairs to the top floor the fifth bedroom (excluded from holidays at the lower rent band) is tucked under the eaves; an ideal teenager’s retreat with its own sitting-area.
