There are wonderful sea views on the walks from the cottage. This was taken a mile or so from the property.
 
The wood-burner is lovely for those out-of-season breaks.The exterior of the cottage with the enclosed garden in front.The kitchen/dining area is separated from the sitting-area by a breakfast bar.
 
The double bedroom.The twin bedroom.The cottage looks out over fields.
 
Occasionally grouse can be seen in the fields behind the cottage - hence the name of the cottage.The nearby beach - just right for making sandcastles.Sheep and cows in the field opposite the cottage.
 
The footpath leading to the cliffs and beach.There is some lovely countryside close to Grouse Barn.A summer swallow swoops down over the field in front of the cottage.
