The open plan living-room has French doors out to a south-facing courtyard.The comfortable sitting-area has soft cream leather sofas.The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped.
 
The trickling water from the fountain produces a wonderfully relaxing background sound outside.This bedroom is on the same level as the living-room.Bedroom 1 has this well appointed en suite shower-room.
 
Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor.This little terrace is just outside bedroom 2.The bathroom has a large shower cubicle and a contemporary, double-ended bath.
 
There is a wildlife pond close to the parking-area.The pathway from the parking-area down to the cottage.The patio is a real sun-trap and very sheltered.
 
The joined villages of Kingsand and Cawsand are six miles away.The beach at Kingsand as the tide goes out.Portwrinkle beach is less than two miles away.
