The first floor open plan living-room has a well-equipped kitchen/dining-area and a comfortable sitting-area. From here, exterior steps lead down to the private, sun-trap courtyard and gently sloping meadow beyond, which backs onto the Owners’ unfenced pond (please take care with children). On the ground floor the twin bedroom has use of a good-sized bathroom while the double room has an en suite shower-room. With lovely walks available nearby, beaches at Perranporth and Porthtowan, and several National Trust gardens close by, this is an excellent holiday base. Please note this property has a private water supply, regularly tested.
