Woodbury is an attractive east Devon village situated midway between the Cathedral City of Exeter and the seaside resort of Budleigh Salterton. Ashridge, all on one floor, is just over a mile from Woodbury and is a self-contained addition to the main house, though, with its own entrance, guests have complete privacy. It has been completely modernised to provide bright and comfortable accommodation on one level. Overlooking the gardens (shared with the Owners) to open fields and with a sun-trap patio, this charming property is very spacious with an attractively furnished sitting/dining-room, double bedroom and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. But the real attraction of Ashridge is its location, giving guests quick and easy access to the seaside towns of Sidmouth and Exmouth. The picturesque estuary villages of Topsham and Lympstone are also only minutes away. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
