Found on the old coast road between Boscastle and Tintagel, Bossiney is a small hamlet only a five minute walk from the clifftop coastal path leading down to Bossiney Cove, a sheltered sandy cove, or a short distance further on, the famous Rocky Valley. Bossiney View is set well back from the road and has a large, enclosed paved and landscaped courtyard in front. This is a remarkably spacious property with an attractive kitchen/diner leading out to a small conservatory (super for watching the sun set at the end of the day) and patio beyond, with a small lawned area, with views across the fields to the sea (see photograph). The sea can also be seen from the sitting-room, which is charming, with a stone and slate hearth and comfortable furnishings. The Owners have used lots of pine throughout to give this detached bungalow a warm and welcoming feel and, with the benefit of double-glazing and full central heating, this is a lovely property whatever the weather. The north coast of Cornwall has some spectacular scenery and several stunning beaches, such as Trebarwith Strand, which is only three miles away.
