Tucked away in the small village of Cury this charming, semi-detached cottage is ideally located for exploring the Lizard peninsula, its picturesque coves and beautiful beaches. Poldhu Cove and the renowned clifftop golf course at Mullion are within a mile of the cottage, and stunning Kynance Cove, scenic Cadgwith, Kennack Sands, Lizard Point and the spectacular coastal footpath are all just a short drive away. Set back from the road, Kilworth Cottage is approached by its own little driveway – please take care when exiting as the hedges either side are high. A stable-door leads from the enclosed front garden into the dining-room, which features a magnificent ornamental inglenook and low beamed ceilings (tall people beware!). The sitting-room has fresh whitewashed walls and a comfortable suite in front of the welcoming wood-burner, and patio doors lead from the pine fitted kitchen to a sunny decked area outside. An open-tread wooden staircase (a stair-gate is provided, but please take care with toddlers) leads upstairs, to the spacious bathroom and two bedrooms, both overlooking the garden.
