The Round House is found in open countryside, just a mile from the creekside villages of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers, set on the corner of a sympathetic conversion of a group of Grade II Listed barns, with extensive landscaped and well-tended shared grounds. As well as a barbecue-area and a small games-room (table-tennis and darts), there is a full-size tennis court – bring your own equipment and practice your serve. Alternatively, enjoy the mile walk to Stoke Beach or along the coastal path (see photograph). The house is light and spacious with a striking sitting/dining-room with the original beams exposed and stairs leading to a minstrels’ gallery. The large kitchen/breakfast-room is well-equipped and has a door to the courtyard behind. There are two ground floor bedrooms and the bathroom and double bedroom are upstairs. Close to several beaches and all the South Hams can offer, and with Dartmoor and Plymouth within easy reach, The Round House has everything for a memorable holiday.
