One of the two lakes at Nanteague Farm, well stocked for those who enjoy coarse fishing.

Nanteague Farm is surrounded by 130 acres of rolling pastureland where the Owner farms beef cattle away from the cottages, which look out over the lovely views. A solar-heated outdoor swimming pool (available from 19 May to 8 September) is great for family fun and a large, well-stocked coarse fishing lake, with fine specimens of carp, rudd, perch, roach and bream, offers a challenge to even the best fishermen (please supervise children around the pool and lake at all times). With 13 acres of meadow around the lake which guests can roam, this is an idyllic location. The sandy surfing and swimming beach at Perranporth is a short drive away, and the Cathedral City of Truro closer still. Clifftop walks, several National Trust gardens, and the sailing town of Falmouth are also within easy reach. The friendly and welcoming Owner is happy to accommodate a trailer and small boat, and an outdoor kennel and run are available for visiting dogs.

The open plan living-room is comfortable and well furnished, with a large sofa and matching armchair, a dining-area and a very well-equipped kitchen-area. Upstairs, the spacious double bedroom has lovely views across the farmland, plenty of space for the cot if required, and an en suite bathroom.
