This beautifully presented apartment, named after the majestic sailing ships of bygone days, has fabulous views across the bay to Flushing, Trefusis Point and the Roseland peninsula beyond. Situated on the second floor of the renowned Admiral’s Quay development right on the water’s edge, Tall Ships is within walking distance of Falmouth’s vibrant centre, with its superb sailing facilities, bars, restaurants and shops. Decorated throughout to an impeccable standard, the spacious living-room has comfortable sofas making the most of the views, and an additional sun-lounge (accessed via an open-tread spiral staircase) leads to the sun-trap rooftop terrace, where the panoramic water views are amongst Falmouth’s finest (see photograph). The master bedroom has an en suite shower-room with walk-in shower, while the twin bedroom has access to a separate excellently appointed bathroom. The National Maritime Museum Cornwall is near, and ferries run from the nearby Prince of Wales Pier to the Cathedral City of Truro, Flushing and St Mawes. With several beautiful National Trust gardens and sandy beaches within a short distance, the north coast surfing beaches and the Eden Project an easy drive away, Tall Ships is the perfect base for a wonderful holiday. Please note that due to the number of steps, this property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
