This stylish barn conversion in the beautiful north Somerset village of Lullington is just a 15 minute drive from historic Bath. Four-legged friends are very welcome, the garden is safely enclosed and there are some lovely walks from the cottage including a riverside walk to the next village where there are two great pubs. The open plan interior of this semi-detached single-storey cottage has a contemporary Scandinavian feel to it, with two lovely double bedrooms – one with an en suite shower and the other next to a large family bathroom. Separating the bedrooms is the sociable open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining-table and comfy sofas. The two cottages at Court Farm are a perfect holiday base.
Whether you wish to stay for a full week or for a short break, this location offers you the best of both worlds – easy access, a place to draw breath and an ideal base for walking. Visit the contemporary Hauser & Wirth Art Gallery at Bruton – the historic town is special too, or the quirky cobbled street of St Catherine's in nearby Frome with its designer shops, craft galleries and cafes, Frome's thriving monthly weekend artisan market is well worth a visit for delicious local produce. The Roman City of Bath, approximately 9 miles away, is of course an enduringly special place to visit, along with the Cathedral City of Wells and colourful Glastonbury. If you are bringing children, Longleat Safari Park is about 10 miles away and would be an amazing experience for them. Whilst no longer a working farm, Court Farm is a really attractive traditional setting and the two cottages here are set away from the Owner’s farmhouse. The broadband provision has recently been substantially upgraded and there is a very good signal here.
