A reversed level house to take advantage of some lovely views towards Dartmoor, the bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor and there is a sitting/dining-room, kitchen, shower-room and utility-room up the open-tread stairs. An outside staircase leads down to the sunny patio at the back of the house and you can reach a country walk via the adjacent path. Or why not explore this lovely unspoilt part of Cornwall; the Rame peninsula boasts some lovely little villages, sandy beaches and magnificent cliff walks. The Owner even leaves her grandchildren’s bodyboards and wetsuits to borrow if you want to venture into the water.
