Angovva is a spacious contemporary detached barn conversion with an enclosed garden and plenty of private parking, set within an easy drive of St Ives, Cape Cornwall, Sennen Cove and St Michael’s Mount at Marazion. With the exception of the first floor sitting-room, all of the rooms are on the ground floor. A couple of steps lead up to the front door which opens into a large hallway, to the right is the kitchen which has steps down to the utility-room and a corridor to the first double bedroom, with its en suite shower-room. Back to the kitchen and past the dining-room along another corridor, you will find two remaining bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom and a cot. On your way you will pass the fabulous bathroom where steps lead up to the huge sunken bath, with plenty of room for two. Open-tread stairs lead up to the enormous sitting-room, adorned with wonderful paintings and a large flat screen television. A door leads out from this room across a bridge (please take care) to the raised garden (please take care with children) where the only sound is silence and birdsong, and all that the eye can see is open countryside.
