With partially reverse accommodation at semi-detached Chycoose Cottage a half flight of stairs leads to the sitting-room on the first floor to make the most of the wonderful views. Light floods in from the tall French doors and the glass-sided balcony is almost invisible so you can see the water even when sitting down. The beautifully appointed kitchen/dining-room is on the floor below, with doors to the split-level, south-facing waterfront terrace, the perfect place for outdoor meals and evening drinks. Dinghies and kayaks can be launched from here at high tide (steps lead down to the foreshore) or from Point Quay along the lane when the tide is low. The master bedroom is on the lower ground floor and has an en suite wet-room and doors directly onto the terrace. The two additional bedrooms (one with 'zip and link' beds offering double or twin accommodation) and family bathroom are on the first floor and all share the superb water views.
