The Old Chapel is a superb detached cottage at the heart of the Exmoor village of Withypool – a wonderful base for exploring this beautiful National Park and its rugged coastline. Renovated to an extremely high standard, a huge fireplace with wood-burner in the sitting-room gives real character and upstairs there are three generous bedrooms, all with stunning far reaching countryside views, a family bathroom and an en suite too. There is a very small patio outside the kitchen's stable-door and in place of a garden a great riverside picnic-area a stone's throw away. Withypool has a very popular pub, a friendly village shop – you can order provisions in advance of your holiday – and a seasonal tea-room.
