Enjoying glorious sea views across the surrounding fields towards Mullion Island, south-facing Meadowbank is one of five detached properties originally providing homes for the Marconi wireless station engineers along the private unmade lane (unsuitable for low suspension vehicles) leading to the famous monument celebrating the great pioneer’s achievements. A ten minute walk in this direction leads to sandy Poldhu Cove and the spectacular coastal footpath; in the other, Mullion’s shops, restaurants and pubs are also within walking distance. The sweeping gravelled driveway at the front of the house provides ample parking space, and the back garden has secure storage for bikes and surfboards, a sunny patio and barbecue area, and a fabulous raised deck boasting the best of the sea views (please take care on the steps).
