Almost every window has glorious views across the countryside.The two ground floor en suite bedrooms are at either end of the living-room.Bedroom 2 has a king-size double bed and an en suite shower-room.
 
Both ground floor bedrooms have patio doors opening out to the garden.Enjoy al fresco dining in the garden - the post and rail fence has been faced with netting to provide security for children.Bedroom 1, on the ground floor, has 'zip and link' (double or twin) beds and a door leading out to the garden.
 
Bedroom 1 has a bathroom next to it, which becomes en suite when the door into the living-room is closed. The view of the beautiful rural landscape around the cottage from just outside Bedroom 1.The bathroom (next to Bedroom 1) includes a wet-room shower as well as a bath.

Quietly situated detached Treboast Skyber lies just a few miles from Falmouth and the south coast, has only one immediate neighbour, and enjoys outstanding countryside views. Delightfully peaceful, it has a large enclosed level garden, storage for bikes and watersports gear, and parking for a boat trailer; ideal with Stithians Lake, the spectacular Helford River and several renowned surfing beaches within an easy drive. The spacious living-room has a wood-burner, and patio doors to the garden; at either end of the living-room, and also with patio doors (all downstairs entrances have wheelchair access) are two generous en suite bedrooms, one including a wet-room shower as well as a bath. Wooden stairs lead to a third en suite bedroom (excluded at the lower price band). This property has a private water supply, regularly tested. The lower price band applies from 1 January to 21 May and from 18 September to 14 December for parties of 4 + cot or less.
