This exceptionally pretty cottage (to the left of photograph) has been carefully designed in keeping with the Owners’ traditional 17th Century farmhouse. An ideal base for exploring Somerset, there are distant sea glimpses as you approach the working farm from the top of the hill. Far reaching views of the Quantocks can be enjoyed from the private garden above the cottage, medieval Dunster is nearby and the wilds of Exmoor are an easy drive. The cottage is within walking distance – down a quiet country lane – of Stogumber, with its pub, shop and post office. The well thought-out accommodation has a bright open plan ground floor and the large double bedroom upstairs has unspoilt views across open farmland. With under-floor heating throughout, provided by an eco-friendly ground source heat pump, this comfortable cottage is perfect all year round. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
