Found down a countryside lane near Bude, with no near neighbours, Milton Cottage is perfection. This beautifully restored, thatched, Grade II Listed cottage is situated on the Atlantic coast. The kitchen/breakfast-room is cosy with an Aga (switched off due to heat output 2 June to 29 September, however a mini fan oven with induction hob is provided). The sitting-room is full of local information, books and magazines; on a rainy day, curl up on the sofa, light the wood-burner and indulge. Traditional cottage stairs (mind your head) lead up to the bedrooms. Crisp white linen adorns the beds and one of the double bedrooms leads into the single bedroom. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and access to a utility-room and shower just outside. The dining-room enjoys views across the huge enclosed garden complete with vegetable beds (produce available at cost) and pond (take care with children). Milton Cottage will appeal to all who value rustic charm and originality. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
