This cosy, mid-terrace cottage in the creekside village of Devoran is conveniently located between the Cathedral City of Truro and the busy sailing town of Falmouth. Chy Revader is entered straight into the sitting/dining-room, where a large coal-effect gas fire provides warmth and hot water. The dining-area leads to a compact but fully equipped kitchen, where a door opens out to a south-facing deck surrounding a carp pond, a gravelled seating-area and barbecue-area (please note the pond makes the property unsuitable for children under five years, and older children must be supervised at all times). With a ground floor bathroom, the two double bedrooms and a single room occupy the first floor (the additional single bed allows flexibility, but the cottage only accommodates parties of four). Devoran overlooks tidal Restronguet Creek, renowned for kayaking, creekside walks and cycle paths which meander to both coasts, and the local pub serves good food and beers. The beautiful Roseland peninsula and the surfing beaches of the north coast are all easily accessible by car.
