Just eight miles distant, Sennen Cove is a stunning beach perfect for surfing or just relaxing.Marazion and St Michael's Mount are visible from the balcony and just a two mile walk away along the coastal path.Lamorna Cove is just four miles distant.

Set up a hill in the seaside town of Penzance, behind one of the town’s most desirable restaurants, Lower Trenarthan is definitely the perfect retreat. Park your cars on the very steep driveway and enter this contemporary abode where the ground floor houses a spacious children’s bedroom furnished for four with two sets of beautiful bespoke bunk-beds (2’6” wide so recommended for children only) and a modern shower-room. Oak stairs lead up to an amazing glazed, open plan living-room with a balcony and spectacular views across Mount’s Bay and Penzance harbour, further enhanced when using the binoculars provided, mounted on a wheeled wooden tripod for ease. All mod-cons are to hand, remotely controlled lights and blinds, a large television with surround sound and a Blu-ray DVD player, and if you like to exercise whilst enjoying a film, you can even cycle on the exercise bike provided. The master bedroom boasts a five foot bed with a luxury Tempur mattress, a double shower and double sink. What more could you want? *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
