You cannot help but feel enchanted stepping into this stunning Grade II Listed manor house, set within the grounds of the Owners’ home in the Cot Valley and just half a mile from Porth Nanven Cove where stone boulders show evidence of the Ice Age. Cot Manor has the original slate flagstone floors and a priest’s hole dating it from the Reformation in the sitting/dining-room. There is also a cosy second sitting-room with a wood-burner and piano. The kitchen and large bathroom are also on the ground floor. Upstairs a hallway leads past the four bedrooms (bedroom 4 is not available at the lower price band), one with three single beds great for children holidaying in the grand manor. Outside, the stunning two acre garden has a running stream (fenced-off but please take care with children) and is the ideal place to relax or enjoy a game of table-tennis. Sennen Cove, famous for great surf, turquoise seas and white sands is a short drive away, or closer to home is St Just with its local shops and eclectic galleries. The lower price band applies from 1 January to 10 July and from 12 September to 14 December for parties of 7 + cot or less.
