Description

With breathtakingly beautiful panoramic views across Praa Sands and Mount’s Bay, Bojowan is a stunning contemporary home with almost every room overlooking the sea. Imaginatively decorated with an evocative seaside theme, this gorgeous detached house is set on the hillside beside a quiet unmade private lane (unsuitable for low suspension vehicles). The spectacular coastal path is a few yards away and, perfect for families, the lifeguarded beach has a pub, cafe, restaurant and surf shop at one end. The steep terraced garden (please take care on the unfenced steps and terraces) has a footpath leading down to the beach, and an open-air shower ideal for rinsing off afterwards! The fabulous glass-fronted sitting-room has a wood-burner and an enormous wall-mounted television, and in the striking kitchen/dining-room the table by the window makes the most of the glorious scenery. Four of the light-filled bedrooms (one downstairs) look out to sea, one with a spacious balcony offering magnificent uninterrupted views across the bay (please take care). Please note the lower rent band does not apply for holidays beginning on or between 26 May to 21 September and is only applicable for parties of 6 + 2 cots or less.
