Only a short drive from the north coast’s long golden beaches stretching between Godrevy Point and St Ives, this beautiful little barn stands in rural tranquility just outside the pretty village of Crowan, within walking distance of Praze-an-Beeble’s friendly pub. With spectacular countryside views towards St Ives in the distance, Bolankan View is ideally situated for exploring west Cornwall, with wonderful local walks and only a few miles from the magnificent footpaths along the county’s breathtaking coastline. Set apart from the Owners’ home and with a large enclosed back garden, this delightful retreat is accessed by exterior stone steps and finished to a very high standard, cosily heated throughout by an efficient eco-friendly air-sourced system. The oak-floored living-room also has a welcoming wood-burner, and views towards Crowan Church. A wooden staircase leads down to the slate-floored bedrooms and contemporary bathroom, the en suite double room with a luxurious memory foam bed and folding glass doors opening onto the front patio.
