Equidistant from Marazion and St Ives, Garris Cottage is the ideal base from which to explore this eclectic area. St Michael’s Mount is visible in the distance from the large enclosed rear garden which is accessed by a flight of steps. This cosy terraced cottage offers comfortable and stylish accommodation whatever the season. On the ground floor the spacious sitting/dining-room has a roaring wood-burner which adds extra warmth on cooler days; the modern kitchen is also well-equipped. Open-tread stairs lead up to the two pretty bedrooms, the single room being large enough to accommodate the cot. Moors and coastal paths are on your doorstep as well as the ancient Iron Age settlement of Chysauster just half a mile distant. The beaches in this area are fabulous; blue seas, white sand and an array of rock pools await discovery.
