Description

Porthcurno is one of Cornwall’s favourite places, the spectacular beach boasting white sand, turquoise blue sea (see photograph, not the view from the property) and, occasionally, visiting dolphins. The renowned Minack Theatre, perched high on the cliffs, offers performances in high season, whatever the weather. The French House, in the heart of the village, is a short walk from the cliff paths, pub and shop. This spacious semi-detached house exudes a Mediterranean atmosphere, with a large sun-room, enclosed gardens and a studio providing the perfect ambience for relaxation. Stairs lead up to three spacious bedrooms and the family bathroom on the first floor, with an en suite double bedroom on the second floor. Anyone wishing to dabble in the arts will delight in the artist’s studio in the garden which even has a wood-burner; so grab your easel and brush and make for Porthcurno. Please note the lower rent band does not apply for holidays beginning on or between 26 May to 21 September and is only applicable for parties of 6 + cot or less.
