Eliza’s Croft
2250 is no longer with usIf you were looking for cottages like Eliza’s Croft, how about trying these:
The parish of Zennor, part of the Penwith peninsula, is stunning, with dramatic cliff formations and rolling surf as well as heather-covered moorland completing the setting. Eliza’s Croft sits proud on a hillside close to the Owners’ home and nearby Clippity-Clop (1497). Three steps lead up to the entrance hall of this idyllic retreat, decorated and furnished with flair, where guests are assured a peaceful and comfortable break. A roaring wood-burner adds warmth to cooler evenings as you plan the following day’s adventures, surfing at nearby Sennen Cove or exploring the moorland between Zennor and St Ives, perhaps stopping at one of the nearby renowned pubs for lunch. Eliza’s Croft is all on one level with the open plan living area leading to the two beautiful bedrooms and the modern shower-room. The views through the picture windows across the garden are stunning (see photograph), especially of the moorland and the Atlantic Ocean just half a mile distant.
