This tiny but perfectly proportioned 200 year old detached cottage stands in its own small, enclosed, level garden across the drive from the Owners’ house. It is within easy walking distance of the centre of Perranporth and close to the old church, the boating lake and the bowling club. The Owners have taken immense care to restore the cottage sympathetically to provide a comfortable base on the edge of the resort, which boasts one of the finest and longest sandy beaches in Cornwall. Entered across the paved terrace, the small porch leads into the living-room with an ornamental brick fireplace and an open gallery staircase to the prettily furnished, pine-floored double bedroom above (tall guests beware of low ceilings). The kitchen is fully fitted with ash coloured cupboards, and the tiled floor leads through the hall into the gleaming tiled shower-room with sparkling white fittings.
