Set apart from the neighbouring Owners’ home and The Hayloft (2386) this enchanting former mill, built on medieval ruins, has been converted to the highest standards. Beautiful furnishings, wonderful linens and impeccable attention to detail ensure you will be able to relax in this tranquil, stone-built cottage. With reverse accommodation offering an open plan living-room on the first floor, views over the surrounding fields can be fully appreciated and foxes, deer and various wild birds can often be seen. Comfortable, relaxing seating flanks the warming wood-burner, the kitchen is fully equipped and the polished oak dining-table looks out through French doors and a balustrade to the enclosed garden and fields. The superbly furnished bedroom on the ground floor is adjacent to the bathroom, and a sitting-area outside catches the sun. Charming Lostwithiel, with its antiques shops, restaurants and riverside walks is only a mile or so away, and the sailing town of Fowey, the Eden Project and Lanhydrock House and country estate are all within seven miles.
