This is a lovely house with a large garden.

Description

Lesquite is a delightful old detached Cornish farmhouse, close to Fowey and the south coast. The north coast is not far and the Camel Trail along the estuary is a must to visit. Outside the back door is a utility-room leading to a wet-room, both with slate floors, and inside through the porch is the spacious kitchen/diner, again with slate flooring. The latter has an Aga (switched off during June, July and August unless otherwise requested) and wood-burner both set in granite hearths, as well as cream units and a larder with original granite shelving. The comfortable sitting-room has another wood-burner and there are four bedrooms (one of which has limited headroom) upstairs. The gardens are lovely with a sunny patio and plenty of room for the children to run around. Beyond the gated fence is a wildlife pond (take care with children) set in a wild garden. Regardless of the weather or the season, Lesquite is a truly magical and welcoming house.

Sitting-room with TV, DVD player, CD player, piano and wood-burner. First Floor Bedroom 1 with double bed (5') and en suite Shower-room with shower and wash-basin. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Step to Bedroom 3 with twin beds and wash-basin. Bedroom 4 with ‘zip and link’ (double or twin) beds. Bathroom with bath, fitted shower, WC and wash-basin. Outside access to Utility-room with washing machine and tumble-drier, leading to Wet-room with shower, WC and wash-basin.
