Canterbury Green Farm Cottage is ideally located for east Devon's beautiful and unspoilt Jurassic Coastline starting at Budleigh Salterton and stretching all the way into Dorset. For sandy beaches Exmouth is an easy drive, and for some culture the Cathedral City of Exeter is nearby. Set in the grounds of the Owners' home, the cottage has a large, enclosed patio-area overlooking the paddocks and a small fenced grassy area for dogs to use. The cottage is comfortable and welcoming, with a kitchen/dining-room, a traditionally furnished sitting-room with an ornamental brick fireplace and French doors out to the patio. Stairs lead from the living-room up to a double and twin bedroom and family bathroom above. There is also a ground floor single bedroom.
