Found in the grounds of the Owners’ nearby home, Canterbury Green Farm Cottage is ideally located for easy access to the south coast of Devon and Exeter. Exmouth and Topsham are a short drive and Woodbury Park Golf and Country Club is just down the road. Automatic gates prevent access to the road and the cottage has its own patio overlooking a paddock. Inside is comfortable and welcoming with a kitchen/dining-room and a spacious, traditionally furnished sitting-room with an ornamental brick fireplace and French doors out to the patio. Stairs lead from this room to two of the bedrooms and bathroom above. There is also a study, handy for those who work on holiday as wireless broadband is available. This room also doubles as a single bedroom, ideal for teenagers or grandma. Canterbury Green Farm Cottage is the perfect spot to explore south Devon’s delights, whatever the season or weather.
