Description

Nestling in the midst of beautiful south Devon countryside is the tiny hamlet of Dunstone, and Thistledown Cottage is found a quarter of a mile up a single track lane, next door to the Owners farm. Although not a working farm, livestock occasionally graze in the fields which form part of the glorious views from the sunny south-facing conservatory, with a built-in barbecue, which runs along the front of this welcoming cottage. There is a lovely bright sitting-room with wood-burner and a modern well-equipped kitchen/diner. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and upstairs are the two bedrooms. The deck-area and small front lawn have wonderful views. Stay here and you will be within a short drive of some of the West Country’s best beaches. So what are you waiting for? As another special treat, the neighbouring Owner is a beauty therapist and offers treatments (at cost).
