Tredawn provides the ideal base for exploring this stunning area of north Cornwall. Found in the middle of the village of St Mabyn, Tredawn is a delightful, traditional semi-detached cottage a few yards from the village pub, shop and playground. The cottage has a welcoming atmosphere with the light and bright sun-room leading to the well-equipped kitchen/dining-room. The sitting-room is very comfortable with sofas nestling around the central wood-burner. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an en suite shower-room and overlooks the terraced enclosed garden, whilst the two additional bedrooms share the spacious bathroom. The garden is a very sunny spot to rest and for those inclement days, the sun-room will allow you to read a book in peace. Although there is no private parking for Tredawn, you can park on the road just outside the cottage.
