Set midway between north and south coasts amidst beautiful countryside, the rural situation of this traditional, family-run farm belies its easily accessible location. Three generations of the Owners’ family live on site with their friendly dogs, and beef cattle and sheep dot the surrounding fields. Both stone-built, semi-detached barns have been lovingly restored, and each has a south-facing patio, with a shared lawn beyond offering space for children to play. The pretty Cathedral City of Truro is ten minutes’ drive and the north coast surfing beaches and the creeks and sandy beaches of the Roseland peninsula are within seven miles, making the cottages ideal bases for exploring the area. Please note, the farm has a private water supply, tested regularly.

The pretty pub in Ladock is only a couple of miles away.The fabulous sands at Perranporth, patrolled by lifeguards throughout the season, are less than seven miles away on the north coast.Beautiful Caerhays (Porthluney) beach is only seven miles from Treverbyn Farm, on the Roseland peninsula.
 

Spacious Harvesters Keep has a large, broadband-enabled open plan living-room where comfortable sofas flank the warming wood-burner and lights hang low over the dining-table, encouraging you to linger over leisurely meals. A turning staircase rises to the bedrooms, with the en suite main bedroom having a Juliet balcony and views over the farmland. Two further bedrooms share the well appointed family bathroom. Lovingly chosen fabrics and linens add colour and warmth, and little touches throughout show the attention to detail given to its preparation. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 11am on departure.

Step to Ground Floor. Open plan living-room with kitchen and dining areas. TV, DVD player, CD player, iPod dock and wood-burner. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine/drier and dishwasher.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 with double bed (5'), TV, balcony and en suite Shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin. Bedroom 2 with ‘zip and link’ (double or twin) beds. Bedroom 3 with single bed. Bathroom with bath, fitted shower, WC and wash-basin.
