A delightful little stone cottage overlooking Stithians Reservoir, Mount Wise Cottage is perfectly located for exploring this lovely part of Cornwall. Truro and the maritime town of Falmouth are just twenty minutes’ drive away, as is the north coast. Attached to but facing away from the Owner’s home, the cottage has a small enclosed front courtyard, a lawn area a few yards away, and several surrounding fields are ideal for walking the dog. There is also a footpath right around the reservoir – with hides for bird watchers nearby, and a watersports centre and pub en route! Inside, the small kitchen, cosy sitting/dining-room and bathroom are downstairs, and up the steep cottage staircase, which divides at the top step (please take care), two bedrooms offer flexibility for two guests. Next to the cottage the detached utility-room is ideal for storing wetsuits and walking boots; bike storage is also available.

Sitting/Dining-room with TV/DVD player and CD player. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with bath, shower attachment, WC and wash-basin.
