Description

The vista from this stylish detached house is of azure seas and white sands. To make the most of this, a large balcony (please take care with children) runs along the back of the entire house and is comfortably furnished, enabling you to take in the views whilst relaxing. The balcony can also be accessed from the ground floor bedroom and via the sun-room which gives access to the garden. The house is stunning, spacious and light, decorated in neutral tones and furnished with flair. Eighteen steps lead down to the entrance porch which in turn leads into a large hallway. The bespoke kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a family meal, whilst the immense sitting/dining-room boasts a roaring open fire and a comfortable leather corner suite. Two bedrooms and a wet-room are also on the ground floor, and stairs lead up to two further bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a study, all of which boast magnificent sea views. The large enclosed garden is well established with direct access via a gate at the bottom to the coastal path, along which you can amble to nearby St Ives to explore the galleries, enjoy the restaurants or partake in some of the many watersports on offer.
