Description

Brockhampton Gate is an elegant detached country house set within an acre of gardens, just five miles from the Cerne Abbas giant (or Rude Man!). Secluded and remote, it is an ideal place in which to recharge your batteries. At one end of the house, the comfortable sitting-room boasts a blazing open fire, perfect for out-of-season breaks and at the other end, through the large games-room, is the convivial kitchen/diner. Stairs run up to the landing (which has a step here and there), which in turn leads to five bedrooms, all enjoying lovely views across the garden and open countryside (bedrooms four and five are not available at the lower rent band). Outside there is a football goal and a slide, so whilst the children play, the adults can relax on the terrace enjoying a G and T and wait for the barbecue to fire up. A second cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot. The parking is for two cars only. Please note the lower rent band does not apply for holidays beginning on or between 23 June to 7 September and is only applicable for parties of 6 + 2 cots or less. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.

Ground Floor Entrance hall. Sitting-room with TV, DVD player, CD player and open fire. Games-room. Kitchen/Diner with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and TV. Utility-room with freezer and washing machine/drier. Separate WC and wash-basin. First Floor Bedroom 1 with double bed (5') and en suite Bathroom with bath, hand shower attachment, WC, bidet and wash-basin. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and en suite Cloakroom with WC and wash-basin. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Step to Bedroom 4 with twin beds. Bedroom 5 with double bed (5'). Bathroom with bath, fitted shower, WC and wash-basin.
