Perched high above sandy Portmellon Cove, the views from this modern, single-storey detached property are stunning. Large picture windows in the spacious open plan living-room ensure light-filled accommodation and allow the far reaching vista to be appreciated at all times. Mevagissey is a ten minute stroll away, a bustling working harbour with fishing boats unloading and nets being mended along the harbourside, ancient smugglers’ pubs and cosy tea-rooms, and narrow streets with all manner of fascinating shops. Golden sands and valley bicycle trails at nearby Pentewan, the atmospheric Heligan Gardens, and the world famous Eden Project are all waiting to be explored within a few miles of this excellent property.
