This modern semi-detached cottage is set within the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Maenporth Estate, an immaculately maintained, security-gated development of holiday cottages set on the cliffs above Maenporth cove. With its own leisure centre providing a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, pool table and table-tennis, and all-weather tennis courts and children’s play-area within the grounds, the location is perfect for families throughout the year. The nearby beach is sandy and safe, where rock pools at low tides afford hours of fun, and a beach cafe and award-winning bar and restaurant provide snacks and meals. Ashburne is situated close to the leisure centre and is decorated throughout in soft creams and neutral colours. The welcoming, open plan living-room has inviting leather sofas and an LCD television, with the kitchen-area providing all necessary equipment. A shower-room on the ground floor is useful when returning from the beach or pool. Upstairs, there is a spacious double bedroom, a twin room and a snug bunk-room, together with the family bathroom.
