Black Hill View is a comfortable, warm and cosy cottage, snuggled in a small terrace of five single-storey properties, an ideal retreat whatever the season. The attractive sitting/dining-room overlooks the quiet shared garden and has its own balcony facing almost due south – so why not enjoy a sundowner or a meal on a summer’s evening? A well designed kitchen, a small bathroom and a bedroom with ‘zip and link’ beds make this cottage perfect for a couple or two friends. The Kes Tor Inn close by offers good pub food, and the delights of the moor are right outside. Alternatively, you might like to visit the popular resorts of Teignmouth and Torbay, around an hour’s drive from the cottage. So, dig out those boots, look at the maps and drive down to Dartmoor. Please note that due to the rural location, television reception can be intermittent.
