Description

Set in a walled, gated plot in the ancient stannary town of Lostwithiel, Bryally House is a light, spacious, contemporary property that offers generous accommodation. The wide entrance hall leads into a south-facing glass atrium, a perfect place for sitting in the sun with a coffee or a book. Doors from this central area lead off to the dining-room and kitchen, the sitting-room, and out to a large timber deck which is perfect for outdoor dining and children’s games. Surrounding the deck are lawns and fruit trees, giving the garden a good deal of privacy. Upstairs, the main bedroom has views over the town to farmland and woods and benefits from an en suite shower-room, while the three remaining bedrooms share the well appointed family bathroom. Lostwithiel is a delightful town, a specialist antiques centre on the banks of the River Fowey, with lovely riverside walks and picnic-areas. Charming shops, narrow streets, renowned bakeries and pubs can all be found, and the main line train station is within walking distance, offering a car-free way to explore further afield, with busy days out to Newquay, St Ives and Looe all on hand. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
