If you are wishing to park up and forget the car for the duration of your holiday, then look no further. Set in a quiet residential area in the bustling seaside Cornish village of Perranporth, St Andrews is a large apartment within the Owner’s bungalow and is within easy distance of all amenities. From the parking-area, steps lead to the enclosed terraced front garden. All on one level, there are four bedrooms, the large master bedroom boasting an en suite shower-room, as well as a stylish bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen/breakfast-room. When guests first view the comfortable sitting/dining-room there will be gasps of delight, as this room is exceptionally spacious and sunny due to the large conservatory. Outside, there is a further terraced garden to the rear of the property and a patio-area where guests may enjoy the evening sunshine with a glass of wine or two! With three miles of sandy beach to play on close by, numerous local restaurants, pubs and surfing shops to discover, St Andrews will tick many boxes for a wide range of ages. The second cot is a travel cot. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
