Named appropriately for the beautifully maintained south-facing garden it overlooks, this delightful little cottage is ideal for a couple or small family. Only a mile from the unspoilt seaside village of Perranuthnoe and the spectacular coastal footpaths, five minutes’ drive from St Michael’s Mount at Marazion and just a few miles from St Ives and the north coast’s long sandy beaches, there is plenty here for everyone. Attached to the far side of the Owners’ home, Garden Cottage is set well back from the road, a short stroll from Goldsithney’s village shop and two pubs. Inside, it is tastefully decorated in neutral tones and includes some of the Owners’ own paintings. The cosy open plan living-room has a small kitchen-area fitted with white units and marble-effect worktops, cream soft furnishings, and wooden open-tread stairs leading to the bathroom and the gorgeous bedrooms, one twin and one double room offering flexibility for three guests. Beyond the surprisingly peaceful garden is plenty of parking space – but please beware, the entrance is narrow and should be negotiated with care.
