This traditional farmhouse is set on a working farm in a tiny hamlet, close to some of west Penwith’s most stunning coves and beaches. Walks are in abundance and Porthcurno’s Minack Theatre is just a hike across fields away. A pretty enclosed front garden leads to Raftra Farm Cottage which is entered through a sunny south-facing conservatory. A spacious kitchen/diner, which has slate floors and is warmed out of high season by a white Aga, leads to the ground floor shower-room and utility-room. Guests will enjoy relaxing in the comfortable sitting-room which is equipped with a large digital television and a coal-effect gas fire. The staircase divides four steps from the top and leads to three bright, stylish bedrooms and the family bathroom, each with views across the countryside to the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. Popular Sennen Cove is a short drive away and is perfect for a day surfing or perusing the various restaurants and galleries in the town; or, if you prefer the seclusion of a cove, beautiful Porthgwarra is one mile distant from the cottage. Please note, due to its heat output, the Aga is switched off during July and August.
