Traditional Bramble Cottage is set high up within the heart of Marazion, home of the magnificent St Michael’s Mount. Approached around a tight bend up a narrow lane the semi-detached cottage lies behind a high stone wall. A flight of steep steps lead down to the cottage which looks out over Marazion towards the castle. The kitchen is well-equipped and, with lime-washed pine units and walls, is light and airy. The sitting/dining-room has wooden floors and houses a wood-burner and dining-table, set by the window, so that you can enjoy the views of ‘the Mount’ all year round. Also on the ground floor are the family bathroom and a pretty single bedroom. Open-tread stairs lead up to two further bedrooms, one double and one twin. From the sitting/dining-room steps lead down from the decked terrace to the garden. All amenities, such as galleries, pubs and restaurants, are within short walking distance to Bramble Cottage. Although guests can unload in front of the cottage, the parking is down the hill in the public car park, 400 yards away from the cottage (a free permit is provided).
