Just a few minutes’ drive from the long sandy beaches of Hayle Towans and Gwithian and only five miles from St Ives and its galleries, shops and restaurants, pretty Count House Cottage also lies within easy reach of the south coast. Ideally located for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall, the cottage adjoins the Owners’ home, set in rural tranquility beside a No Through Road leading to a very small private campsite five hundred yards further on. The sunny, south-facing enclosed garden is sheltered by a high stone wall to the front and overlooks the Owners’ large back lawn. Inside, the cosy sitting/dining-room leads to a little sun-room and to the fully equipped modern kitchen. The bathroom is also downstairs, and up the narrow, steep cottage staircase is the very spacious bedroom, which has lovely countryside views.
