Ideally located for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall, the cottage adjoins the Owners’ home, set in rural tranquility beside a ‘No Through Road’ leading to a very small private campsite five hundred yards further on. The sunny, south-facing enclosed garden is sheltered by a high stone wall to the front and overlooks the Owners’ large back lawn. Inside, the cosy sitting/dining-room leads to a little sun-room and to the fully equipped modern kitchen. The bathroom is also downstairs, and up the narrow, steep cottage staircase is the very spacious bedroom, which has lovely countryside views.
