The addition of a contemporary downstairs bathroom, a kitchen-area with modern appliances and access to broadband, enhances the welcome the cottage has offered inhabitants over the centuries. The large, comfortably furnished sitting-room has a warming open fire and looks out over the private cottage garden to the front and a medieval pond in the Owner’s garden to the rear (not accessible to guests). The three pretty bedrooms upstairs have sloping ceilings and are decorated in a traditional cottage style. Safe, sandy beaches at Gorran Haven and Caerhays are a five minute drive away, as are the beautiful gardens at Caerhays Castle and Heligan while nearby Mevagissey is a delight, and the Eden Project is half an hour by car. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
