The tiny hamlet of Boswiddle is found among lush farmland yet easily reached from excellent roads that make exploring the county a pleasure. Stone-built Boswiddle Barn is semi-detached from the Owners’ home with a delightful, private garden to the rear. This cosy cottage has a well-equipped kitchen/diner on the ground floor, together with a snug sitting-room with an exposed stone wall, decorated in pale neutral colours and furnished to a high standard. From here, stairs lead up to the first floor, with a door from the double bedroom leading out to the well-fenced garden, making the property especially suitable for young children and pets. With quiet lanes surrounding the cottage, miles of sand dunes and golden beaches at Perranporth, and nearby woods all beckoning, this is the ideal spot for walkers or beach lovers. The Cathedral City of Truro is a few miles south, providing a variety of excellent bars and restaurants and an eclectic mix of shops. Please note, this property has a private water supply (regularly tested).
