The third floor of Sterling House forms ‘The Cabin’, aptly-named by a previous occupant who spent his career at sea and, upon returning to Marazion, wished to recreate the ambiance of his ship’s quarters on dry land. The Cabin enjoys far reaching views right around Mount’s Bay to ‘the Mount’. The property also benefits from broadband access. Outside is a large walled garden with a raised terrace, where guests can enjoy a morning coffee surrounded by colourful shrubs and flowers, and a level lawn (there is also small pond, so please take care with children). Within the garden is a little detached studio, occasionally occupied by the Owners, and behind the garden is a generous parking area, approached around a tight bend up a narrow road.
